A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a Payroll Manager to oversee financial matters and payroll processing. Responsibilities include managing pre- and post-payroll activities, ensuring statutory compliance, and developing the payroll team. Candidates should have a Diploma or Degree in a relevant field. Oversee day-to-day financial matters, month-end and year-end accounts closing related to payroll.
Manage pre-payroll activities, including updating employee details and administering government claims.
Handle payroll processing, including salary computation, CPF contributions, and payroll disbursements.
Manage post-payroll activities, such as bonus provisions, month-end/year-end closing, submission of IRAS Annual Form 8E, and responding to employee payroll queries.
Conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Provide guidance and support in structuring and developing the payroll team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Liaise with internal and external auditors, as well as tax agents, on payroll-related matters.
Serve as the key contact point for institutional Finance and HR partners to ensure organizational readiness and capability in delivering business results.
Undertake ad-hoc payroll or HR-related projects as assigned.
