Job summary

About the role

In this full-time position based in the Central Region, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payments.

What you'll be doing
  • Manage the end-to-end payroll process, including data gathering, calculation, verification, and timely payment of salaries and associated deductions
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant payroll-related regulations and labour laws
  • Liaise with internal departments and external parties, such as government agencies, to resolve payroll-related queries and issues
  • Prepare and submit mandatory payroll reports and documents
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of payroll systems and processes to improve efficiency
  • Provide support and guidance to colleagues on payroll-related matters
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a payroll or accounting role, preferably in the Accounting/Payroll industry
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing, including familiarity with relevant legislation and regulations
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in using payroll software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with colleagues and external stakeholders
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
