Job summary

A leading financial services firm in Singapore is seeking a Payroll Associate to manage the full spectrum of payroll tasks. The successful candidate will liaise closely with HR and an outsourcing Payroll Company to ensure timely salary payments and compliance with statutory contributions. A diploma or degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Business Administration, along with 1-2 years of relevant experience, is required. Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of a second language is a plus.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of relevant payroll operational experience for Senior Associates position.
  • Proficiency in a second language is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with HR personnel and Payroll Company for timely payments.
  • Perform full spectrum of monthly payroll for clients.
  • Timely payroll processing and submission of contributions.
  • Process Form IR21 and government claims.
  • Prepare monthly reports and claim documents.

Responsibilities
  • Liaise closely with the respective HR personnel, outsourcing Payroll Company to meet payroll deadlines & ensure timely salary payments.
  • Perform the full spectrum of monthly payroll for clients.
  • Timely and accurate payroll processing, submission of CPF and statutory contribution, annual year-end tax filing, etc.
  • Process Form IR21, NS claims and government claims in a timely manner.
  • Prepare monthly reports, billings and claim documents.
Requirements
  • Diploma, Degree in Accountancy, Finance or Business Administration
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant payroll operational experience for Senior Associates position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attentive to details, organized and customer oriented
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
  • Well verse in a second language will be an added advantage.
