Job Description

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive large-scale Payments implementation programs within the financial services sector. This role involves end-to-end responsibility across sales, solutioning, and delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver complex Payments programs, including solution design and execution.
  • Translate client requirements into actionable solutions and formal agreements.
  • Collaborate with client executives and internal teams to define business needs and oversee delivery lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational and client processes.
  • Manage activities from proposal stage through development and delivery of projects or managed services.
  • Support go-to-market initiatives by developing tailored solutions for target customers.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in managing delivery of large-scale programs, preferably in Payments or Financial Services.
  • Strong understanding of Payments, Cash Management, and Open Banking business and technology lifecycle.
  • Awareness of global Payments industry trends, regulatory and compliance initiatives.
  • Proven ability to build and lead teams in Centres of Excellence or capability centre formats.
  • Strong consultative selling, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
