Job summary

A leading security firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced security officer to manage multiple properties. Responsibilities include conducting patrols, responding to emergencies, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of security experience, holds a valid Class 2 license, and owns a motorbike. This position offers 6 days off a month and a fixed schedule from 0730hrs to 1930hrs.

Qualifications

• PWM Grade of SSO and above required.
• Valid Class 2 license is essential.
• Must own a motorbike.
• At least 1 year of security experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a cluster of 10-18 properties to minimize travel.
• Conduct patrol and clocking duties as per shift roster.
• Respond to fire alarms and other onsite emergencies.
• Investigate incidents and report findings.
• Conduct compliance checks and report non-adherance.

Responsibilities

1. Manage a cluster of 10-18 properties. The sites are geographically clustered to minimise travel time.
2. Security duties include clocking, observation of security threats, incident reporting and respond to emergencies.
3. Emergency response: To respond to fire alarm activation or any other emergencies onsite.
4. To conduct investigation with findings, incident management and reporting.
5. Perform patrol and clocking duties as per shift roster.
6. Conduct compliance checks in accordance building by-laws and elevate to management when non-adherance is observed.

Requirements

• PWM Grade of SSO and above. (SOs with extensive experience and ambition are welcome to apply).
• Valid Class 2 license
• Owns motorbike
• At least 1 year of security experience.
• 6 days off per month
• 0730hrs to 1930hrs
