A leading healthcare organization in Singapore is seeking a Patient Service Supervisor who will perform front-desk duties, assist doctors, and ensure a high-quality patient care experience. The role requires good interpersonal communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with prior experience in healthcare may have an advantage and full-time and part-time options are available, with a commitment of 44 hours for full-time staff.

Responsibilities
  • Perform front-desk duties such as Patient Registration, Booking Appointments, Dispensing Medicine, Billing and Payment Collection
  • Attend to enquiries
  • Assist Doctors with chaperone and simple procedures
  • Administrative duties such as claims submission, stock take and Clinic audit
  • Deliver high quality of patient care experience
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum 'O' levels or equivalent

  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in a healthcare setting would be an advantage.
  • Candidates with more experience may be appointed to a senior role.
Other Information
  • Full Time and Part Time role available.
  • Full Time staff need to commit 44 hours per week, on 5.5/6 Days work week.
  • Able to commit over the weekends and night sessions.
  • Candidates with more years of experience can be considered as Patient Service Supervisor/ Assistant Service Supervisor.
