Patient Service Officer (Bugis - Chinese Medicine)

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend to patient enquiries over the counter to provide information on clinic services for Chinese Medicine.
  • Update patient registration information and process medical records in accordance with standard operating procedures and clinic guidelines.
  • Liaise with medical teams and patients in making appointments across different medical specialties / clinics / inpatient within the Group.
  • Assist doctors and nurses in basic clinical tasks when required.
  • Collate laboratory and radiology results for doctor's review and follow up.
  • Perform daily billings and accurate transactions, including closing of accounts.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum ‘O’ Level / NITEC / Diploma in any discipline with at least 1 – 2 years of working experience in clinic settings preferred.
  • Meticulous and organised, able to multi-task and work in teams.
  • Good customer service and front-line skills.
  • Able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
  • Computer literate, ability to use MS Word, MS Excel and manage patient registration.
  • Must be able to commit to shift work including working weekends and on a rostered shift or must be able to commit to 5.5 days' work week (Chinese Medicine Clinic).
  • Must be able to converse, read in Mandarin & English (Chinese Medicine Clinic).
