Job description

Reporting to the Centre Manager, the Patient Service Associate forms the core unit in providing support to the clinic day-to-day operations, both logistical and administrative. Responsibilities of a Patient Service Associate, but not limited to are as listed.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • To perform reception duties including answering telephone inquiries from patients and other, screen calls to determine nature and urgency of inquiry.
  • Scheduling of appointments for therapy sessions.
  • Registration of patients, obtaining relevant medical histories, entering, and updating of patients databases including obtaining insurance approvals as appropriate.
  • Communicate information of therapy schedule to therapists.
  • To ensure accuracy of all data entries into the clinic management system.
  • Process billing transactions and closure of daily settlement.
  • Preparation and submission of insurance claims.
  • Manage and maintain inventories of supplies, as required to support day-to-day centre operations.
  • Maintenance of the physical facility of the clinic.
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
