A leading cybersecurity training and staff augmentation company is seeking a driven Partnership Senior Manager to join the company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing existing client relationships while actively pursuing new partnerships. As a Partnership Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding the company's client base and strengthening the company's relationships within the cybersecurity industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Client Management:
    • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • New Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue opportunities to establish partnerships with new clients.
    • Develop and implement strategies to expand company's client base and market presence.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Recruitment Agency Collaboration: Leverage your experience working in recruitment agencies within the cybersecurity space to build strategic partnerships.
  • Proposal and Contract Negotiation:
    • Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients, outlining the company's services and value proposition.
    • Negotiate contract terms and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Relationship Building:
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR professionals, and decision-makers within client organizations.
    • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand your professional network and promote the company's services.
  • Market Intelligence:
    • Utilize market intelligence to identify opportunities for business growth and adaptation.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze key performance metrics related to client engagement, business development activities, and revenue generation. Provide regular reports and updates to management on partnership status, client feedback, and market insights.
Who we are looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruiting, and/or client management and/ or new business development, preferably within the recruitment industry for the cybersecurity sector.
  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience in a recruiting agency or similar companies.
  • Experience working with companies hiring for cybersecurity positions -An advantage Understanding of cybersecurity concepts, trends, and technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry partners.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
