Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in financial services, consulting, distribution support, analytics, or project management.
• Prior exposure to bancassurance, insurance distribution, or performance management is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project management of key initiatives with bank and distribution partners.
• Build and maintain performance management dashboards.
• Provide regular MIS support with updates and insights.
• Monitor status across key projects and initiatives.
• Prepare presentation materials for various meetings.
