A leading staffing agency in Singapore is seeking a Client Success Manager to support client onboarding, account servicing, and communications. The ideal candidate has a diploma in Business or Marketing and at least one year of relevant experience. Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth handover from the sales team.
  • Support day-to-day account servicing and client communications.
  • Build rapport and trust with client stakeholders across HR, marketing, and operations
  • Coordinate campaign setup, reward listings, and platform updates.
  • Liaise with internal teams — Partnerships, Ops, and Tech — to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide support on client queries.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports on platform usage and engagement trends.
  • Interpret data and help identify areas for improvement or new opportunities.
  • Support automation and dashboard initiatives to streamline reporting.
  • Shadow senior CSMs during client reviews and presentations.
  • Participate in internal process improvement and product enhancement discussions.
  • Develop your account management, communication, and analytical skills through on-the-job learning.
