What You’ll Own
  • Talent Acquisition & Internship CoordinationPartner with universities and polytechnics to bring in fresh talent
    Support hiring across brands—from screening to onboarding
  • Employment DocumentationDraft offer letters, contracts, and onboarding kits with flair and compliance
  • Employee Lifecycle & RecordsMaintain personnel files, track confirmations, renewals, and exits
    Keep our HRIS clean, compliant, and audit-ready
  • Leave & Attendance AdminMonitor leave balances, approvals, and entitlements
    Flag anomalies and support monthly reporting
  • Payroll Liaison (No Processing!)Update payroll team on new hires, exits, and leave data
    Ensure smooth handoff of accurate info—no number crunching required
  • General Admin SupportHelp with filing, office coordination, and HR-related tasks
    Be the go-to for internal ops questions
Engagement Model

We are open to:

  • Part-Time Employment (with CPF contributions), or
  • Contract for Services (freelance-style, CPF-exempt)

Compensation
  • Hourly Rate: $12–$15/hour (depending on experience)
