Job summary
A music education institution in Singapore is seeking a customer-oriented individual to provide excellent customer service, perform administrative duties, and assist in sales and inventory management. Candidates should have at least a GCE 'O' Level, proficiency in MS Office, and be able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
Qualifications
- Possess at least a GCE 'O' Level.
- Proficiency in MS Office including MS Excel.
- Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work 3 to 4 days a week; Duration: 5 to 9.5 hrs.
- Able to work at 'retail hours' (nights and weekends).
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to walk-in and call-in customers.
- Perform general administrative duties.
- Recommend music courses, enrolment, collect school fees.
- Sales of books/music instruments and inventory management.
- Assist in statistical compilations - payment backlog, sales and fees revenue, student intake/drop out.
