Job Description

MITS Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Part-Time Badminton Coach to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in badminton—both as a player and a coach—and experience working in school or youth training environments. You will be responsible for conducting group and individual sessions for junior players ranging from recreational beginners to advanced competitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and structured badminton coaching sessions at international schools and condominium facilities.
  • Plan and execute training programs tailored to various age groups and skill levels.
  • Teach fundamental and advanced badminton techniques, strategy, and footwork.
  • Ensure a safe, positive, and motivating environment for all participants.
  • Maintain professional communication with parents, school staff, and program coordinators.
  • Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Assist with school CCA programs, holiday camps, and tournaments when required.
Requirements
  • Badminton Coaching Qualification Level 2 or above (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience coaching in a school environment or working with junior athletes.
  • Strong playing background with solid technical knowledge of the sport.
  • Ability to coach juniors from recreational to competitive/advanced levels.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional.
  • Available for part-time, flexible scheduling (weekday Mornings/afternoons or weekends)
