Job summary

A local business in Singapore is seeking a part-time Accounting cum Admin Assistant. The role involves processing accounts, maintaining financial records, and providing administrative support in the office. Ideal candidates should have experience as an Accounting Assistant, possess organisational skills, and be familiar with basic bookkeeping procedures. The position offers flexible working days from Monday to Friday, three days a week, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Part time accounting cum admin assistant working alongside full-time Accounts Executives / Account Assistants to keep financial operations and office tasks running smoothly.

Responsibilities
Accounting Role
  • Processing accounts payable and receivable (invoices, Receipts & payments)
  • Recording entries and maintaining financial data
  • Maintaining & updating attendance in Payroll system
  • Other accounts Ad-hoc tasks assigned
Administrative Support
  • Filing and maintaining records
  • Handling correspondence (emails, calls)
  • Office supplies and document organization
  • HR admin role, like arrange medical checkup, purchasing air ticket for foreign worker, etc.
  • Other admin Ad-hoc tasks assigned
Requirements
  • Work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk.
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
  • Familiarity with finance regulations.
  • Good organisation and administrative skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Knowledge of MYOB will be a bonus
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently
  • Flexible working days from Mon to Fri, 3 days a week. (9.00~17.30)
