Job Overview

We are looking for a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer with experience in IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) to support budgeting and forecasting applications. The role will focus on application support, enhancements, and deployments while working closely with finance and infrastructure teams.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) applications
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Monitor and manage daily application operations and data refresh
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and data load failures
• Perform data validation and variance analysis during month‑end or quarter‑end close
• Handle deployments, enhancements, upgrades, and patching
• Ensure proper backup, restore, and data archival procedures
• Coordinate with infrastructure teams on system and environment issues

Working Schedule

• Weekdays: 8:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Saturday (as needed for deployment/upgrade): 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM

Required Skills

• IBM Planning Analytics / TM1 (Cognos)
• Knowledge of financial budgeting and forecasting processes
• Experience in application support and enhancement
• Basic understanding of cubes, dimensions, rules, and TI processes
• Experience with PAW, PAX/PAfE, or TM1 Web
