We are looking for a dynamic Outreach and Partnership Executive to join our team. In this role, you will act as a bridge between SGPC and the wider industry. You will support the end-to-end execution of partnership initiatives and outreach programmes, ensuring that our mission reaches the right audience.
You will work closely with internal teams to manage stakeholder relationships, design and execute events, and create compelling content that empowers businesses to thrive. The ideal candidate is adaptable, resilient, and possesses a keen desire to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement
- Assist in handling communications with government agencies and other operational-level stakeholders when required for specific partnership tasks, ensuring alignment on programme adoption and foster collaboration.
- Maintain comprehensive records of partners and stakeholders, ensuring all logs are organised, accurate, and audit-ready.
Outreach & Event Management
- Design, plan, and execute outreach events (physical and digital) with a strong emphasis on generating qualified leads for SGPC programmes and services.
- Develop event concepts and audience‑targeting strategies that attract SMEs and industry partners with high adoption potential.
- Manage pre‑event lead‑up activities, including CRM list segmentation, outreach emailers, follow‑up messaging, and registration optimisation to maximise lead capture.
Content Development & Communications
- Develop clear, compelling programme‑specific content designed to educate, engage, and convert target audiences into leads.
- Create marketing assets such as social media posts, infographics, brochures, EDMs, and landing page copy that promote programme value propositions.
- Produce lead‑generation content including gated resources, sign‑up forms, and strong call‑to‑action messaging to drive enquiries and registrations.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Maintain and track detailed expenses for outreach projects, ensuring budget accuracy for reporting to management.
- Perform general administrative duties such as file organisation, documentation, and other ad‑hoc duties assigned by the Reporting Officer.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 0–2 years of corporate working experience, preferably in the lifestyle sector (Retail, Food Services, Hotel) or in event planning/execution.
- Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English is a must, with strong solid writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Fluency in a second language is an asset.
- Highly detail‑oriented with strong follow‑up abilities and the capability to work independently.
- Creative in finding information and resourceful in solving problems or addressing complex challenges.
