Job summary

A dynamic food and beverage company is seeking a Supervisor to oversee daily outlet operations at Clarke Quay. The role involves driving sales, ensuring service standards, and managing a team. Ideal candidates should have at least 4-5 years of supervisory experience in the F&B sector, strong leadership skills, and familiarity with POS systems. Qualifications

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a supervisory F&B role.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Halal F&B operations is an added advantage.
  • Candidates with a valid WSQ Food Safety Certification are preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

Salary: $4,000
Working hours: 6 days, 10hr per day / Flexible shift
Location: Clarke Quay

Jobscope
  • Oversee daily outlet operations and team scheduling
  • Drive sales and manage customer satisfaction
  • Ensure hygiene, food quality, and service standards are met
  • Handle stock orders, inventory, and supplier coordination
  • Train and manage junior staff and performance reviews
  • Report directly to Area Manager/Operations Head
Requirements
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a supervisory F&B role
  • Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills
  • Familiarity with POS and basic Excel reporting
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays
  • Experience with Halal F&B operations is an added advantage.
  • Candidates with a valid WSQ Food Safety Certification are preferred. Training support is available for the right candidate.
  • Minimum commitment of at least 6 months
