Qualifications

• Strong technical background in broadcast or IP video workflows.
• Knowledge of relevant protocols and compression techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor OTT and broadcast networks for quality and continuity.
• Perform initial triage of alerts and reported issues.
• Coordinate troubleshooting efforts with stakeholders.

Skills

Strong technical background in broadcast or IP video workflows

Excellent communication skills

Problem-solving abilities

Knowledge of ETR290 protocols, SDI, and ASI compression protocols

Ability to work well under pressure
