Role Overview
- We are seeking a seasoned Organisational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to lead and support change initiatives associated with the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the successful adoption of new systems and processes by developing and executing change strategies that align with business goals and minimize resistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy and plan for the Dynamics 365 ERP implementation.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations to identify change risks and mitigation strategies.
- Design and deliver communication plans, training programs, and engagement activities to support user adoption.
- Collaborate with project teams, business leaders, and HR to ensure alignment of change initiatives with organizational culture and values.
- Facilitate change workshops, town halls, and feedback sessions to foster understanding and buy-in.
- Monitor and report on change progress, adoption metrics, and resistance trends.
- Support the development of super user networks, change champions, and peer support structures.
- Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and managers to help them lead change effectively.
- Ensure integration of change management activities into the overall project plan.
Mandatory skills*
Organisational change management (OCM) experience for Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementation
Desired skills*
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, HR, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, Kotter, ADKAR) is highly desirable.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of business processes, especially in Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Operations.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Able to communication clearly in respective local languages
