Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking candidates for a logistics contract role in Singapore. The opportunity involves order entry support and ensuring smooth daily operations. Ideal candidates will have at least a Diploma and logistics knowledge, though training is provided for those without experience. This is a 3-month contract position. Salary is up to SGD 5,000 based on experience.

Qualifications

  • At least a Diploma in any Discipline.
  • Logistics knowledge and understanding of import/export preferred.
  • Good problem-solving skills, organized, meticulous and customer focused.
  • Computer literacy (Ms. Office). SAP knowledge a definite advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Order entry support during festive.
  • Ensure smooth operation in daily operations and timely arrangements of orders/returns.
  • Data entries and support the team in festive to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Follow up on daily return pallets from the 3PL.
  • Track Proof of Delivery (POD) and Credit notes.

  • To ensure smooth operation in daily operation and timely arrangements of orders/returns with support to system administration flow as following:
  • Data entries and support the team in festive to ensure a smooth flow in daily operations.
  • Follow up on daily return pallets from the 3PL.
  • POSM - Point of Sales Material for festive set-ups.
  • Tracking of Proof of delivery (POD) and Credit notes.
