A logistics and shipping firm based in Singapore is seeking a Sales Admin Support professional to manage order processing and coordinate with third-party agents. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience and a minimum of 'O'/'A' level or Diploma in any field. Responsibilities include managing sales orders, ensuring compliance with trade terms, and providing administrative support to the sales team. Minimum 2 years relevant experience in sales admin support / logistics / shipping documentation
Minimum ‘O’/’A’ level / Diploma in any field
Handle and manage order processing activities such as process order entry, sales orders, delivery orders, invoices using in-house system, process and enter incoming shipment details, scheduling delivery, purchase and inventories activities
Coordinate and monitor all third party forwarders and shipping agents to ensure all relevant compliance and international trade terms are met for overseas transactions
Be responsible for credit administration and follow up on the collection from customer
Provide general administrative support to sales team
Other ad hoc duties when required
