Job summary

Job description
  • Oversee all correspondences and information flows within the organization, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and proper dissemination.

  • Manage and process sensitive requests, ensuring key officers and relevant stakeholders are alerted in a timely and appropriate manner.

  • Generate metrics, reports, dashboards, and analytical updates to support senior management decision‑making.

  • Coordinate communication and operational workflows across local units and international law enforcement counterparts.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to support reporting, audit requirements, and effective information tracking.

Job Requirements
  • Diploma or higher in any discipline; background in International Relations, Investigations, or Operations is an advantage.

  • Experience working with foreign counterparts or involvement in regional/international policing events is preferred.

  • Proficiency in data visualisation and automation tools (e.g., Tableau, UiPath RPA) is an added advantage.

  • Strong planning, organisation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and handle sensitive information under pressure.

  • Able to work independently or in a team, adapt across time zones, and preferably possess a valid Class 3 driving licence.
