Job summary

Job description
Job Responsibilities
  • Assist the Executive with inquiries from internal/external stakeholders regarding public-listed programmes.
  • Accurately input, track, and report relevant data in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and up on quality reports and service requests.
  • Assist with issuance and exchange of communication equipment, and track inventory for various departments.
  • Assist with allotment control for admissions and public-listed programmes in the ticketing system.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities and training.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • GCE ‘N’/ ‘O’ Levels/ ITE Certificate / Diploma in any discipline.
  • 1 year of relevant operations experience preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Positive team player who can work independently too.
  • Strong numerical skills, meticulous, organized, responsible and able to multitask.
  • Good customer service, problem-solving, and reasoning skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to perform shift work on a rostered basis, including weekends and public holidays.
