We are a growing Singapore-based financial institution specialising in Accounts Receivable Purchase (ARP) solutions. Our mission is to help businesses optimise their cash flow and working capital through efficient and flexible financing options.

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Specialist to join our team and support our expanding operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the organization in structuring of ARP facilities and act as a liaison between Relationship Manager and clients to facilitate smooth client onboarding.
  • Ensure timely and accurate handling of funding and settlement instructions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance communication and operational efficiency.
  • Provide prompt operational support and resolve issues effectively.
  • Manage daily operational and administrative work of ARP transactions, including documentation, disbursement clearance, and reporting related to factoring and loan accounts.
  • Monitor and manage the ARP portfolio in terms of operational risk.
  • Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with internal control and audit requirements.
  • Identify gaps in workflows and propose process enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Drive and implement digital transformation and process improvements to streamline operations for increased efficiency.
  • Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in financial operations, trade finance, factoring, or ARP-related processes.
  • Strong understanding of financing documentation.
  • Meticulous, analytical, and well-organised, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Salesforce and financial systems; experience in process automation is an advantage.
  • Possesses a pleasant disposition with a positive, go-getter attitude; a team player who is results-oriented.
  • Independent, adaptable, and confident working in a fast-paced SME environment.
