What You’ll Do

• Manage day-to-day operations of a food manufacturing facility producing ready-to-eat and ready-to-heat meals for institutional clients and school canteens.
• Plan and coordinate production schedules, manpower, and resources to meet delivery timelines and KPIs.
• Ensure full compliance with food safety and quality standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, SFA).
• Lead, train, and supervise operations teams to maintain SOP, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
• Drive continuous improvement to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and control costs.
• Provide operational support for new customers, tenders, and menu trials as needed.
