We’re searching for an Operations Manger (OneCare) to be part of our diverse team of talent here at NCS!

Overview

As a Operations Manger (OneCare) you will represent OneCare Support shared services covering system and cyber operation for all OneCare Maintenance support business

Responsibilities
  • Interface with SM on all Ops matters.
  • Helping the Ops Director to oversee a team of Ops Leads on system related escalation and matters pertaining to Corrective Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance. Rooster rotation and interface with SMs on escalation
  • Assist the Ops Director to ensure engineers are up to the job skill (certification and training)
  • Take Lead in working with various divisions on operation improvement and analysis to better support.
  • Key contributor for continuous operation improvement for OneCare Support .
  • Laise with Sales Specialist on deals, and downstream vendors like Cisco, Checkpoint etc.
  • Involves in Tender financial assessment and technical compliance with the Presales
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field.
  • Experience in Windows-based systems and infrastructure projects
  • Proficiency in ITIL IT Service management and Network Management Information Systems (NMIS)
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools and systems management solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Team player and has a positive attitude
