Quality Assurance: Managing programs and processes to ensure the quality of goods and services meets customer and organizational standards, like BizSafe, ISO and other relevant certifications
Vendor & Stakeholder Relations: Building strong partnerships, managing vendor relationships, and resolving customer issues.
