A leading sports organization in Singapore is seeking an Operations Manager to support the General Manager in enhancing its profile and operations. The role involves managing daily activities at the National Performance Centres, fostering corporate partnerships, and orchestrating events within the cycling community. Ideal candidates will have experience in sports management, budgeting, and event coordination. This position offers the chance to be integral to Singapore's cycling development efforts.
Reporting directly to the General Manager (GM), the OMwill take on a proactive role to support the GM to raise and develop Singapore Cycling Federation’s (SCF) profile and prominence within the sports industry, devise strategies to diversify revenue streams through existing and new community outreach and competency development programmes.
The OM will directly be involved in the management, maintenance, promotion, development and operations of SCF’s National Performance Centres (NPCs) viz. the BMX and Pump Tracks and the Outdoor Velodrome. This will include monetising these two assets, all day‑to‑day activities, budgeting, reports, events and activities organised.
Prepare an Annual Calendar of Events together with SCF’s Event Manager, Sports Development Manager , High Performance Manager and Accredited Training Partners.
Initiate annual budgeting exercise in consultation with the GM, Finance Manager and High Performance Director, High Performance Manager
Co-draft the annual task plan with the General Manager (GM
