AN Digital Lock is one of Singapore’s leading digital lock and smart-home security specialists. Established in 2013, we have grown into a multi-showroom operation offering premium digital locks, metal gates, doors, safeboxes, and smart lifestyle security solutions. We are now seeking a highly capable Operations Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales performance, and support the company’s next stage of growth.

Job Summary

The Operations Manager will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring operational excellence, strong sales performance, and effective team leadership. This role requires a hands‑on leader who can plan, organize, lead, and control business functions, while making critical decisions that contribute directly to profitability, efficiency, and long‑term success.

Key Responsibilities
1. Business & Operations Management
  • Oversee daily operations across showrooms, sales teams, installers, and support functions.
  • Ensure smooth execution of operational workflows, SOPs, and service standards.
  • Monitor operational KPIs, costs, productivity, and service quality.
  • Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements.
2. Sales Leadership & Performance Management
  • Manage and drive sales performance across all channels (showrooms, projects, online, roadshows).
  • Set clear sales targets, strategies, and performance benchmarks.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop the sales team to improve closing rates, customer engagement, and professionalism.
  • Review sales reports, pipelines, and conversion metrics regularly.
3. People Management & Hiring
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning for sales and operations teams.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide structured coaching and feedback.
  • Enforce discipline, accountability, and a results‑oriented culture.
  • Work closely with management on manpower cost optimisation and staff development.
4. Planning, Organising, Leading & Controlling
  • Translate company goals into clear action plans and execution strategies.
  • Organise resources efficiently to meet business objectives.
  • Lead teams with clarity, direction, and accountability.
  • Control performance through data, reporting, and corrective actions.
5. Strategic & Critical Decision‑Making
  • Support top management in strategic planning and execution.
  • Make timely and informed decisions on operations, sales strategy, manpower, and cost control.
  • Identify growth opportunities, risks, and improvement areas.
  • Ensure decisions align with long‑term business sustainability and brand reputation.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience & Skills
  • Minimum 3 years of managerial experience, preferably as a General Manager, Operations Manager, or Sales Manager.
  • Strong background in sales management, operations, or retail / project‑based businesses.
  • Proven experience managing teams and driving measurable results.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and people‑management skills.
  • Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

  • Hands‑on, ground‑level leader (not desk‑bound).

  • Familiarity with Singapore market operations and workforce management.
  • Experience handling multi‑outlet or multi‑team environments.
