The Role

We’re looking for a sharp and driven Operations Manager to power the core engine of our business operations. Reporting to the VP of Operations, you’ll manage critical day-to-day execution across payment flows, reporting, vendor management, compliance support, and internal processes.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners from product, finance, and support to banks and payment providers. You’ll be responsible for keeping things running smoothly while actively shaping scalable, secure, and efficient operations as we grow into new markets.

What You’ll Do

Payment Operations

● Manage and monitor daily customer payouts across multiple countries and corridors generated by our customers in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Australia.

● Oversee reconciliation, investigate exceptions, and ensure timely issue resolution.

● Support the setup and integration of new payment partners and platforms.

● Drive process automation and workflow improvements to reduce manual tasks.

● Maintain and enhance internal SOPs and documentation.

Customer Experience & Data Analysis

● Partner with Customer Experience and Product teams to resolve escalated payment or operational issues.

● Conduct data analysis and generate monthly financial and regulatory reports.

● Deliver insights that inform business decisions and improve user experience.

Vendor & Partner Management

● Be the operational point of contact for banks, payment providers, and card schemes.

● Resolve partner-side issues and ensure SLA commitments are consistently met.

● Nurture strong relationships with acquirers, banks, card networks, and payment partners.

Team & Culture

● Champion a high-performing, detail-driven, and collaborative ops culture.

● Ensure alignment with ipaymy’s strategic goals and contribute to cross-functional projects.

What We’re Looking For

● 2–5 years in fintech, banking, or payments operations, ideally in a fast-paced environment.

● Deep understanding of card payments, transfers, reconciliation, and end-to-end transaction flow.

● Meticulous attention to detail with strong ownership mindset.

● Proactive problem solver with a bias for action.

● Comfortable navigating between execution and strategy.

● Bonus: SQL, Airtable, or workflow automation exposure.
