We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Chinese restaurant in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of restaurant management, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain high standards of service and productivity.
  • Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with Singapore regulations.
  • Plan and manage staff schedules, inventory, and cost control to maximize efficiency.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain consistent food quality and timely service.
  • Prepare and review operational reports, budgets, and performance targets.
  • Implement strategies to increase revenue and improve overall restaurant performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar management role within the F&B industry, preferably in Chinese cuisine.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of Singapore’s F&B regulations and licensing requirements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage, to communicate effectively with both staff and customers.
