Job summary

A leading food company in Singapore is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and manage inventory. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in operations, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in MS Office. This role requires a proactive individual who can multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. The position involves coordinating with various teams and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of operations or management experience, preferably in FMCG, trading, or logistics.
  • Experience in inventory management and stock-taking.
  • Possession of Class 3 and forklift licenses is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and supervise the operations team.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Develop and improve operational processes and SOPs.
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock accuracy.
