Role

As an Operations Manager in a subsea autonomous robotics company, you\'ll oversee and optimize all aspects of subsea operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective delivery of services, including project planning, execution, and resource management, while adhering to industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Planning and Execution: Develop and implement operational plans for subsea projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Oversee the execution of subsea operations, including vessel operations, HAUV operations, and other subsea activities.
• Coordinate with various departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Resource Management

• Manage and allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and vessels, to support subsea operations.
• Monitor and control costs associated with subsea operations.
• Ensure the availability and readiness of necessary resources for subsea operations

Safety and Compliance

• Ensure that all subsea operations are conducted in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
• Implement and maintain safety procedures and protocols.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

Performance Monitoring And Improvement

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to subsea operations.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and near misses.

Team Leadership And Development

• Lead and motivate a team of subsea operations personnel.
• Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
