Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an Operations Executive for Warehousing and Procurement. This role involves managing purchasing, warehousing, and transportation functions while leading a team to ensure timely deliveries. Ideal candidates should hold a Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management. Training is provided for fresh graduates. Compensation includes a basic salary of up to $4500, meal allowance, and bonuses.

• Knowledge in ERP especially Lawsons Movex will be a plus.

Operations Executive (Warehousing & Procurement)

UP $4500 Basic + Meal Allowance + AWS + Bonus

Responsibilities

• Handle purchasing, warehousing, transportation functions and lead a team of operational staffs to ensure delivery schedules are met to meet customer satisfaction
• Manage MRP fulfillment, stock replenishment, purchasing, order management, supplies contract and vendor managed inventory (VMI)
• Liaise with 3rd party warehouse logistics suppliers and marketing & sales department on shipping documents and shipment delivery arrangements

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• No experience welcome, training will be provided
• Knowledge in ERP especially Lawsons Movex and implementation of kaizen/continuous improvement will be a plus point
