Job description

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational support to ensure smooth customer logistics activities.
• Monitor and coordinate trucking schedules to guarantee timely container deliveries between depots and free trade zones.
• Collaborate with freight partners and third-party logistics teams for efficient cargo handling, booking, and container release.
• Liaise with customs declarants and port officials to facilitate the completion of all necessary documentation and compliance procedures for cargo movement.
• Update inventory systems and assist the warehouse supervisor with inventory control, ensuring accurate stock in and out records.

Requirements

• Diploma or higher education in any discipline.
• Strong analytical thinking and clear written communication abilities.
• Experience in logistics operations management within 3PL, trucking, distribution, or manufacturing environments is advantageous.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
