This position offers a monthly salary of $2,500 – $3,500 based on relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage the export of goods via ocean freight.
• Book cargo space with co-loaders, carriers, and shipping lines.
• Prepare shipping documentation (e.g., Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List).
• Coordinate with shippers, consignees, and third-party vendors.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and Incoterms.
• Perform any other adhoc duties assigned by management.

Operations Executive - Ocean Export

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, 5 days work
Working Location: Changi Airfreight Center

Job Description:

• Organize and manage the export of goods via ocean freight.
• Book cargo space with co-loaders, carriers and shipping lines.
• Prepare shipping documentation (e.g., Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List).
• Coordinate with shippers, consignees, and third-party vendors (freight forwarders, customs brokers).
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and Incoterms.
• Any other adhoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements:
