About Evolve MMA

Located in Singapore, Evolve MMA offers training in various martial arts disciplines such as Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, Boxing, Wrestling, and MMA. Founded by Chatri Sityodtong, he is best known as the founder, Chairman, and CEO of ONE Championship. Apart from ONE Championship, Chatri is also the founder of Evolve MMA in Singapore, one of the premier martial arts training facilities in the world. Boasting a world-class team of instructors, many of whom are former champions in their respective disciplines, the academy is renowned for its high-quality training environment.

Responsibilities
  • Represent Evolve MMA's brand and display thorough knowledge of Evolve MMA's products and services when dealing with potential and existing customers
  • Provide excellent customer service to potential and existing customers (front line)
  • Ensure Evolve MMA Academy's operations run smoothly by coordinating between departments
  • Manage the overall standards of cleanliness, service experience, maintenance, class schedules and events of the academy, as well as assist with administrative tasks as required
  • Pro-actively work on customer issues assigned via Evolve MMA’s internal systems
  • Investigate membership issues, including assistance with finance matters
  • Exercise multi-tasking skills when managing multiple systems and applications

  • Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays on a 5-day work-week basis
