Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Executive to support daily operations across sales administration, customer service, and operations coordination. The role focuses on accurate documentation, timely follow-ups, and providing support to both customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer calls, emails, and inquiries promptly
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and purchase orders using accounting software
  • Update and verify payment records and debtor statements
  • Follow up on outstanding payments
  • Maintain accurate customer data and follow-ups in CRM system
  • Support sales, warehouse, and logistics operations when required
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in operations, sales administration, or related role
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Accounting software
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Basic knowledge of Photoshop / Adobe Illustrator is an advantage
  • Familiarity with large format printing is a plus
