Operations Executive

Event Furniture Rental & Logistics – Events Partner Singapore

Since 2011, Events Partner has specialized in premium event furniture rental, supplying, delivering, setting up, and retrieving furniture for events across Singapore.

We ensure the right furniture arrives on time, is set up correctly, and returns safely.

Your Role

As an Operations Executive, you will own the delivery, setup, and teardown of assigned furniture rental projects, ensuring accuracy, safety, and timeliness from warehouse to venue and back.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Delivery & Setup Coordination

• Assigned furniture deliveries from warehouse dispatch to on‑site setup
• Ensure furniture is placed according to approved layout plans
• Coordinate setup and teardown schedules with drivers and crew

Furniture & Asset Care

• Inspect furniture condition before loading and after return
• Ensure proper handling, protection, and packing
• Report damages, losses, or discrepancies promptly

Logistics & On‑Site Execution

• Be the on‑site operations contact for furniture‑related matters only
• Resolve delivery, access, or setup issues efficiently
• Follow safety and handling SOPs at all times

Team & Workflow Coordination

• Work closely with warehouse, drivers, and freelancers
• Communicate clearly to ensure smooth loading, setup, and collection

Process Discipline & Improvement

• Follow established SOPs
• Suggest improvements to workflow, packing, and turnaround efficiency
• Assist to conduct trainings & goals alignment with the logistics team

You’ll Fit This Role If You:

🎯 Experience in logistics, warehousing, furniture rental, events support, or hospitality is a plus but not required.

🎯 Class 3 Driving License is a plus but not required.
