Operations Executive

The candidate will be involved in a balanced mix of both corporate operations and research operations:

Responsibilities
  • Manage corporate operations of the company including human resources management, administration, technology, marketing support and legal affairs.
  • Corporate operations procedures documents and documentation system.
  • Recruitment, Training & Development, HR administration and well-being/welfare of staff.
  • Office administration including office assets, office supplies and pantry.
  • Office / IT equipment and software / applications subscriptions.
  • Assist in the marketing / sales / business development function (quotations and marketing collaterals).
  • Support research operations of the company through assisting in research-related tasks and projects.
  • Sourcing of vendors and maintenance of vendor database.
  • Project management including partner management, client liaison and project progress updates.
  • Fieldwork including respondent recruitment & interviewing, hosting of interviews and management of on-site sessions.
  • Research materials preparation, analysis and reporting.
  • Other miscellaneous activities e.g. secondary research, survey programming and data processing.
Qualifications
  • Degree in business / business administration / management, human resources or equivalent.
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to interact with all levels of staff and external parties.
  • Good standard of written and spoken English.
  • Familiarity with the common office software.
  • Organized, meticulous and full of initiative and enthusiasm.
  • Flexibility in handling a diverse scope.
