Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Strategically plan optimal routes for field technicians.
  • Plan and allocate manpower for all jobs, including future capacity planning.
  • Coordinate and maintain open communication with all field technicians.
  • Manage and update field technician data, covering attendance, leave, working hours, overtime, and vehicles.
  • Participate in new client handovers and onboarding processes from the Sales Team.
  • Ensure the timely scheduling of all new contracts and ad hoc jobs.
  • Oversee the scheduling and completion of all jobs due in a given month.
  • Communicate effectively with field technicians to adjust schedules, optimize time spent on jobs, and enhance productivity.
  • Maintain records of revenue generated by each field technician and/or team.
  • Identify and implement ways to make schedules and routes mor efficient.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to address any field technician complaints or issues related to schedules or routing.
  • Provide support to the Operations Manager in Fleet Management and Logistics-related matters.
Requirements
  • Proficient in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and experienced in using CRM Systems, such as Salesforce.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a team player with minimal supervision.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in operations (supervising drivers, technicians, etc.).
  • Diploma in business, logistics, or a relevant field.
  • Knowledge of pest control and/or facility management is advantageous.
