Job summary

A leading dining management company in Singapore seeks an experienced Operations Manager to develop and execute strategies for overseas markets. Responsibilities include managing store performance, leading new market entries, and collaborating with various teams. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in the F&B or retail industry and is proficient in both Mandarin and English.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of F&B or retail industry experience, including 5 years in senior operations management.

  • Build operational systems, SOPs, and performance management frameworks for international markets.
  • Collaborate with headquarters teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
  • Drive operational excellence and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Lead new market entry projects and pre-opening preparations.
  • Manage and coach cross-country teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze and report operational KPIs and propose improvement plans.

Job Requirements

  • Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and cross-cultural management ability.
