• Supervise teams handling table-top cleaning, dishwashing, and waste disposal.
• Manage inventory of plates, cups, and cleaning supplies.
• Participate in staff recruitment, training, and scheduling.
• Provide on-the-job instructions and guidance to staff.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints or conflicts.
• Report operational issues promptly and recommend solutions.
• Maintain compliance with food health and safety regulations.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
