Job Scope

• To ensure Robot operates smoothly during deployment
• To trouble shoot / reset robot if encounter problem during deployment operation
• To monitor and ensure Robot delivery to destination
• To observe and provide assistant to customer when retrieving merchandise from the Smart locker
• To collect merchandise from participating retailer upon received pick up notification
• To follow robot on it deployment route and ensure safety of the passer-by
• To ensure robot return to the battery charging station and start charging
• To check Smart locker is empty before returning to the charging station
• To Retrieve un-collected merchandize from the locker and deliver to the customer manually
• To work on the backend to upload merchandise to the E-com apps

Requirements

• ITE or Diploma certification
• IT savvy, mechatronic background will be a plus
• Candidate require to walk for at least 3 to 4 hours to ensure robot delivery to destination
• Able to communicate well in English and Chinese is essential, as candidate is required to read and understood the Chinese version of Manual of robot.
• As this is customer facing, candidate need to have a polite and humble and responsible.
• Understand how internet, WIFI, Bluetooth connection and how the connection and APPs works.
