Summary:

• Industry: Emergency Medical Services / First Aid & Emergency Response
• Salary: $3,500 – $4,800 + Performance Bonus
• Location: Central
• 5-day work week
• Office hours (training & operations schedule-based)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the private ambulance service, including manpower scheduling, dispatching, and on-ground coordination
• Oversee field deployment of medics and paramedics to ensure efficient response and high standards of patient care
• Ensure ambulance fleet readiness, medical equipment availability, and operational logistics are properly managed
• Supervise, coach, and conduct performance reviews for medics, paramedics, and operations staff
• Monitor operational KPIs such as response time, case completion, and incident reporting, and implement process improvements
• Liaise with hospitals, event organisers, clients, and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery
• Ensure compliance with operational SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Handle urgent operational matters, incidents, and escalations when required
• Support budgeting, cost control, and resource optimisation initiatives
• Assist management in service development, tender support, and contract renewals

Job Requirements
