About the role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operation Manager to oversee the daily operations of our thriving beauty salon in the East Region. As the Operation Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our salon, leading a team of skilled beauty therapists, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our business. This is a full-time position based in our East Region salon.

What you’ll be doing

1. Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the beauty salon, including scheduling, inventory management, and staff supervision
2. Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction by monitoring and improving outlet procedures and protocols
3. Provide leadership, training, and development opportunities for the beauty therapy team to enhance their skills and performance
4. Contribute to the implementation of marketing and promotional strategies to attract new clients and increase salon revenue
5. Collaborate with the management team to identify and address operational challenges, implement solutions, and drive continuous improvement

What we’re looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar operational management role within the beauty industry

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of beautician

Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to provide a high-quality salon experience

Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, staff, and suppliers

Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement

Keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices

Relevant qualifications in beauty therapy or a related field would be an advantage
