Specific Responsibilities
  1. 1. Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure smooth workflow and manage outsource staff.
  2. 2. Monitor and maintain consistent food quality across all dishes.
  3. 3. Ensure proper preparation and presentation of authentic Thai cuisine.
  4. 4. Uphold hygiene and safety standards in all food handling and preparation processes.
  5. 5. Coordinate and schedule daily operational activities effectively.
  6. 6. Manage inventory levels to guarantee availability of fresh, high-quality ingredients.
  7. 7. Monitor customer service standards to provide a warm and satisfying dining experience.
  8. 8. Identify operational bottlenecks and implement improvements for efficiency.
  9. 9. Ensure compliance with local food regulations and health standards.
  10. 10. Track and analyze daily operational performance and report key metrics.
  11. 11. Oversee the proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment and facilities.
  12. 12. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to maintain company standards.
