Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and hands‑on Cocktail Bar and Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar. The role is responsible for managing staff, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high beverage and service standards, controlling costs, and ensuring compliance with licensing and safety regulations. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, in‑depth bar operations knowledge, and a passion for cocktails and hospitality excellence. Candidate must be proficient in both English and Mandarin language, Microsift Words, Excel, EPoinT POS system, FoodRazor, QuickHR and Bistrochat reservation system. Able to work well with both bar and kitchen team and plan weekly schedule. Able to work different shifts and on weekend.
