Qualifications

• Relevant experience in handling A.O.G. shipment.
• Willing to standby after office hours on weekends and public holidays as needed.
• Able to manage high volumes of jobs and urgent shipments.

Responsibilities

• Execute MAWB/HAWB.
• Monitor and follow up on export shipments.
• Create billing and shipment details.
• Familiarize with CCN.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Skills

Experience with A.O.G. shipment

Ability to cope with high volume of jobs

Ability to perform OT hours

• Salary Range: $3,300 – $4,000
• Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, 5.25 days (Alt Sat 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM)
• Working Location: Changi Airfreight Centre

Job Responsibilities

• Execution of MAWB/HAWB
• Monitoring and following up of export shipment and checking shipment status
• Create billing, shipment details and permit declaration, email to customers or overseas agent
• Familiar with CCN
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior

Job Requirements

• With relevant experience in handling A.O.G. shipment, willing to standby after office hours on Sat/Sun/PH as and when required
• Able to perform OT hours (if requires)
• Able to cope with high volume of jobs and urgent shipments
